Waman Duklé is an accomplished professional in the software industry and has worked with global software organizations for the past 27 years.

Ability to strategize and successfully execute new initiatives.  Brings to the table a comprehensive perspective on challenges faced in the IT industry, gained through all the years of solid experience managing all aspects of the business – from sales, solutioning to delivery.

    Before founding Techatalyst in 2004, Waman managed Eastern & Central regional operations for a Global Software company in the USA.  Waman created a world class team that acquired & serviced Fortune 500 customers based in the USA through an offshore-services led business model.  Applying strategic thought to differentiate the company’s service offerings in a me-too undifferentiated market-place, he was able to generate a phenomenal growth trajectory for the company. Business grew from unbranded low end customers with a revenue base of less than a million dollars, to a set of marquee customers in Financial services industry and a revenue figure in the reach of USD 22 million in 3 years.

    Prior to this assignment, he was part of the core team that set up the Indian operations of one of the largest software company in the world, SAP AG in Bombay.  He worked with SAP for more than 4 years, contributing to a significant share of SAP’s revenue in India every year.  For SAP he managed customer relationships at C-levels for the largest Industrial houses in India including the Tata group, Reliance industries, L&T group, amongst many others.

     Waman Duklé is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing. 


    Arvind Sharma is an IT industry veteran with over 30 years of experience and a successful track record of building organizations around sustainable businesses.
    Having built and managed companies in India, the Middle East, and the US, he has a first hand understanding of finer nuances of operating in these different geographies.
    Arvind has been successful working with a broad range of companies, from start-up ISVs to Fortune500 companies, primarily due to his strategic approach to client needs that focuses on providing long term value.
    In the last few years, he has helped several US Software Companies visualize and execute their India-centric offshore strategies successfully.
    Arvind holds an MBA and BS in Physics.
